Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

All events will take place outdoors.



What is the dress code?

We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! The vibe? Garden Cocktail Party. This could be semi-formal, cocktail or formal attire. As a reminder, the events of the day will all take place outdoors, so dress accordingly!



What will the weather be like?

Good Question. We'll see closer to the date.



How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?

Yes, we will have a central pick up location in Kona and it will take guests to and from the venue for $20 roundtrip per person. Details can be found in the "Directions to the Venue" section of our website.



Can I bring a plus 1?



Only people listed on the invitation will be allowed to RSVP, plus ones are reserved for spouses or long-term partners. If you have any questions about your invitation, you can text Allyson.



Can I bring my kids?

Yes! Just let us know on your RSVP so we can notify our caterer.



I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

Let us know when you RSVP and we can work with our caterer to keep you happy and healthy!



Will there be an open bar?

Yes! The bar will serve beer, wine and signature cocktails for the evening! There will also be non-alcoholic cocktail options, soda, water and juices.



Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?

With hotel block requirements, we have decided not to book a block of rooms.



Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

We will have a "media minute" announced by our officiant, that will allow guests to take a photo, video, boomerang, etc. After that we ask that you turn off all cell phones and put away cameras and enjoy the ceremony with us.



What's the best way to RSVP?

RSVP will ALL be done through this website under the "RSVP" tab. Simply search your name and you can RSVP for you and everyone in your party.

January 10th, 2024



I can't attend the wedding in person. Will there be a virtual wedding celebration?

We understand that not everyone will be able to attend, we are working on details for a livestream of the ceremony. Stay tuned!



I'm visiting from out of town. What can I do while I'm on the Big Island?

The options are endless! We've put together some of our favourites, you can find them in the "To Do" section of our website.



Do you have a wedding registry?

Please know that your presence at our wedding is the greatest present! However, for friends and family who have been asking for gift ideas, we’ve created an online registry that can be found on under the "Registry" tab on our website.



Will there be any other events to attend during the wedding week?

Yes! We will be posting event details as they are confirmed under the "Events" tab of our website.



When will the reception end? Will there be an after-party?

The reception ends at 10 p.m. There is no immediate after-party, but any other post-wedding events you can find under the "Events" tab of our website.



How will you communicate any updated information and/or changes before the wedding?

Any and all updates will be posted here on our website, any urgent updates will be communicated to you by us via email or phone.
